GMF's asset portfolio is diversified across six A-Grade properties, valued at $439.3 million with a capitalisation rate of 6.70 per cent as at 31 March 2016.

The portfolio is geographically diversified across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and provides exposure to Australian A-grade metropolitan and business park office markets. In addition, the Portfolio has high occupancy of 94.1% as at 31 December 2015. Buildings in the portfolio have an average age of 5.9 years as at 31 December 2015, which typically provides stronger leasing prospects and lower near-term capital expenditure requirements compared with older properties.
