Own properties that have a stable income profile, underpinned by leases to a range of reputable tenants with structured rental growth,
Offer an attractive forecast distribution yield, with a focus on sustainable income returns; and
Maintain a conservative capital structure.
The responsible entity and manager of the Fund is GPT Platform Limited (GPL). GPL holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (number 442 649) issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), which authorises GPL to act as the responsible entity of the Fund.
